Nanny Match is a platform that introduces parents to independent nannies and babysitters in Bali. Nannies are not our employees; families hire them directly and agree on pay and conditions themselves.
Free contact during launch
Browsing profiles and contacting nannies on WhatsApp is free and unlimited during our launch period. We may introduce paid features in the future; contact that started free stays free.
Your responsibility as a parent
Families must independently confirm references, experience and suitability before hiring. Profiles and reviews do not guarantee caregiver qualifications or safety, and Nanny Match is not a party to any working arrangement.
Your responsibility as a nanny
Profile information must be truthful and up to date. Rates, availability, and experience must reflect reality. Profiles found to misrepresent facts may be removed.
Reviews
Reviews must describe genuine first-hand experiences. All reviews are moderated before publication, and we may decline or remove reviews that are fake, abusive, or unrelated to a real hiring experience.
