What we collect
Nanny applications (name, age, location, WhatsApp number, languages, experience, rate and bio), parent reviews (name, rating, review text, optional child's age), and — only with your explicit consent — your WhatsApp number for follow-up about a review. We also record anonymous WhatsApp contact-button clicks with an approximate visitor identifier.
How we use it
Applications are used to review and set up nanny profiles. Reviews are moderated and published on the nanny's profile. Consented WhatsApp numbers are used only for manual follow-ups about your review — we never contact you without consent. Click statistics help us understand which profiles families are interested in.
What stays private
Your WhatsApp number from a review is never published — only our admin team can see it, and only when you opted in. Nanny phone numbers from applications are used to complete their profiles and are shown only as a WhatsApp contact button once the profile is live.
Who can access your data
Only signed-in admin accounts can view applications, unmoderated reviews, consented contacts, and click analytics. Access is controlled by server-side permissions.
Your choices
You can browse the whole site without an account or any personal data. To have a review or application corrected or removed, contact us and we will take care of it.
