We review every application personally before a profile goes live. That said, you should always independently confirm references, experience and suitability before hiring — profiles do not guarantee caregiver qualifications or safety.
Do I pay Nanny Match or the nanny directly?
You pay the nanny directly. Working arrangements, rates and schedules are agreed between you and the nanny — Nanny Match is not an employer.
Can I hire a nanny for a short holiday?
Yes — many nannies accept occasional babysitting, perfect for holidays or date nights. Use the Availability filter to find nannies who are 'Available now' or flexible.
